Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted medical leader, promoting collaboration, professionalism, and respect among team members

Oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care and client communication

Partner with hospital leadership to develop and uphold medical standards and protocols

Provide mentorship and support for veterinarians and clinical staff

Manage a diverse caseload and ensure smooth clinical operations

Contribute to the professional development of team members through coaching and continuing education
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or equivalent certification)

Active veterinary license (or eligibility) in the state of Georgia

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
